BoxBox analyses your description, identifies the likely issue category, and matches you with garages on the platform that have the right skills, equipment, and availability for your specific vehicle make and model.

Before you contact anyone or commit to anything, you see real pricing from matched garages. Fixed prices where the service allows it. Guide prices with a clear "from" figure for more variable work. No hidden charges, no surprises at collection.

Book and pay
Select the garage that suits you, book your slot, and pay securely through the app. You'll receive status updates throughout — from booking confirmed through to ready for collection. No chasing calls required.

Transparent pricing — before you commit.

BoxBox assesses and surfaces price parameters informed by garage rate cards and market data. Pricing is expressed in three ways depending on the service type:

Fixed Price
A firm, agreed price for the service.
No variation at checkout.
Guide Price
"From AED X" — calibrated from garage rate cards
by vehicle size and type.
Quote After Inspection
For complex diagnostics where the scope of work
can only be confirmed on the vehicle.

Apply to join
Every garage is personally reviewed before going live. We verify your services, pricing, and standards to ensure the BoxBox network maintains its quality. Onboarding is managed directly by the BoxBox team.

Set your services and pricing
List the services you offer across your full range — maintenance, detailing, tinting, PPF, wrapping, audio, washing and more. Set your pricing through the garage portal and BoxBox surfaces it to matched customers automatically.

Receive bookings
Customers book directly through the app. You confirm via the garage portal, manage your schedule, and update job status as work progresses. Customers are notified automatically at each stage.

Get paid
Payments are processed through BoxBox and settled to your account. Digital payments, clean records, no cash handling friction. BoxBox takes a transparent commission — you keep the rest.
